You might think it's my fault but my Photo ID was sent to them and rejected 3 times all 3 times I enhanced the photo. Looks very legible to me on my computer. Its the only ID I have. Taking my deposits was a breeze for this book I just wanted to get a small payout now this bull crap. I got payouts from them last year without a hitch. Funny how this is happening now. I asked for their # at the security department and was told they don't take phone calls all calls are answered by customer service only. They want a Passport which I don't have. I called them a scam book and they didn't say different. They are a major book here too. Any suggestions. I might have to renew my ID and send a new picture,. IF that don't work I will be naming this place.
Hache I will be renewing my ID early on tomorrow just to get a better and new picture. They said it was faded but it is very readable to see all the needed info and picture. I see bookmaker sent out a 3k check from a Canadian company that didn't clear as posted on this site in a different forum. That's weird Hache Man, would like a little more feed back on that cause my problem will surprise you too. Ok now that I lost my 1k winnings I wanted to pull out because JustBet (Bookmaker security team) wouldn't validate my well visible all 4 corners picture ID front and back I am done with Bookmaker shops. Also hear Bookmaker sent a 3k check drawn from a canadian bank that bounced posted here in another forum. Funny thing is I had payouts before with them no hassle funny after superbowl (NEXT DAY) I get this must upload a state picture ID for any withdrawl. If I never had a withdrawl from them in the past I wouldn't mind this. Guess I'll take the few hour drive to Jersey from now on!
Did you gamble the winnings away all pissed off because of the run around? Sorry to ask but if that is the case it is prob hopefully just bad timing and Bookmaker was just wanting to make sure you are legit. I have no idea though because I cannot see the photo. Either way I do feel bad for ya. Just when you think picking the winnings is difficult, the money management turns out to be just as important. When books do act like that it does make you wonder though. Anyone thats been at this long enough knows even the best rated books pull stunts sometimes (usually against those that are winning big on a small deposit). I think all seasoned sports gamblers that use offshore books know of the stall tactic approach. Tuff sport, tough business. What else is there to say? I personally had two large withdrawals get reversed with no explanation from a A+ book seen on this site. I will not name them but I followed there 24hr rule and their withdrawal limit and still 2 large withdrawals reversed and deposited back into the account. I never got a reply back as to why they would do such a thing. After I didnt hear back from customer service I knew my thinking was spot on! They were playing games. I call it the game within the game. lol

Frozen which place was that bet placed at? Last week at JustBet I am positive I bet Denver NBA 2nd half and they kept changing line when I hit submit like 3 different times. Then it goes through. Me like an idiot I never checked only after the game to bet another game with my winnings. BUT it showed I bet the other team and I know I bet Denver cause I had them for the game too,that's when I decided to get a payout and had trouble getting them to accept my state ID which i asked 2 other shops to check my ID I sent (SAME EXACT DOWNLOADED ID) and both were verified.
Yea...seem they can change your winning bet sometime ( when you winning big) I won pretty good amount so far. but never taken any money out yet.its not at Justbet though......not sure if I should name them yet,,,,going to ask for $2000 withdraw today,,,,,see if there's any run around....they better pay me.

The thing is bookmaker handles all payout requests for Just Bet, Bookmaker and Hollywood sportsbook. I am sure there are no issues but I would still like to hear from that guy who said he deposited a 3k check from bookmaker just to have it come up -3k in his bank account after a few weeks.
So did you get your $3000? I just request $1500 today, they say it take 7-10 days to get my check via fed x. I thought Fed X take a few days only. it used to take 3 days( but that was years ago) i haven't been winning for that long. (lmao). But Cant get over that Over/Under bet.....I'm pretty sure I check my bet and it was Under and when check at the result it was Over bet and it graded a Loss......Think you and me have to take a picture of the bet from now on, used a screen capture or something...then they cant cheat us anymore
Yeah but when it comes to taking pictures of bets I end it there. I will be moving to Jersey shortly just to have action, plus originally from there so adjustment will be quick. Never expected that from bookmaker (JustBet) . Not a big player only deposit 200 at a clip so when a smaller guy runs it up they must want him to lose it back by putting these restrictions in on payouts. Screw them.
I have been experiencing the same problem with Pinnacle. Made a some what small deposit and ran it up to over 20K. My first withdrawal I had to cancel because Pinny was having withdrawal issues. Cancelled that tried there Instant Banking and first withdrawal was in my account with a couple of days. Did a second withdrawal and that took 1 week via Instant Banking, In the meanwhile I have run the account back over 20K and have made 6 other withdrawal request. The withdrawals were processed very quickly but 3 of them Pinnacle reversed and put the money back into my account. I ask them why they reversed the charges on the 3 withdrawals as they were under the $7500GBP 24 hr limit. None of the withdrawals were done within 24hrs but the 3 they did reverse were close to 24hrs. Hopefully the earliest withdrawal will be in my account today as it was processed Feb 3 2019. I have no idea what Pinny is doing but at this point they seem to be stalling and reversing withdrawals and adding the funds back into my account hoping I will lose the money. Personally I like Pinny but the way they are treating me, is really disappointing up to this point. A shame really.
Yeah I know. I am scratching my head. I contacted them today about the withdrawal and they said they sent it to my account on Feb 4 via Instant Banking. To this point it still has reached my account. As for the reversed withdrawals they still have not given me a reason why 3 of my withdrawals were reversed. They just didnt bother to reply.
That is hard to imagine I use to play with them and the Greek and first fidelity. Hope you get your money it should not be like that if there a legit business. Reminds me of Argintena a few years back when citizens were denied access to there own bank accounts.
